White & Case LLP has advised Libero Acquisition (Gruppo Orascom TMT Investments SARL) on the sale of WIS Telecom S.p.A. and WIS Telecom S.A., Italian and Belgian companies respectively and providers of wholesale voice international carrier services, to Unifi Holdings, a US-based leading operator in telecommunication services.
