White & Case represented private equity firm Nordic Capital Fund VI on the sale of a majority stake in Nefab Packaging AB to the Nordgren/Pihl family, the original founders and currently co-owners of Nefab. Nefab delivers complete packaging solutions to international industrial groups, with a focus on the Telecom, Energy, Aerospace, Vehicles and Healthcare Equipment industries.
