Vienna, 13.01.2015 – At the end of December, Wolf Theiss successfully advised on the closing of the mutual separation of LUKERG Renew, a 50-50 joint venture between ERG Renew and LUKOIL. The assets of the joint venture in Bulgaria and Romania have been separated between the two companies.
Wolf Theiss advised on all legal aspects of this complex separation in Austria, Bulgaria and Romania encompassing corporate, financing, energy regulation and merger clearance. ERG Renew was advised by Richard Clegg, Eva Fischer, Ileana Glodeanu, Jasmina Uzova, Markus Taufner, Mircea Ciocirlea, Tudor Botea and Claudia Chiper. Lucia Monti was the responsible in-house lawyer of ERG Renew.
