Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co's Investment Funds team acts on six transactions which raise over £700 million in aggregate

The highly rated Investment Funds team at Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co has over the past three months acted on seven high-profile transactions that have raised over £700 million in aggregate.

In May 2014 the team acted for existing client GCP Student Living PLC on its Open Offer, Placing and Offer for Subscription which raised £42 million.

In June the team advised Investec as sole bookrunner and sponsor on the Placing and Offer for Subscription by Fundsmith Emerging Equities Trust PLC that raised £193 million in conjunction with its main market IPO.

July has been particularly busy for the team which acted for Empiric Student Property PLC on its Placing and Offer for Subscription that raised £85 million on its main market IPO.

In July the team also acted for Oriel Securities on the Open Offer, Placing and Offer for Subscription by F&C Global Smaller Companies PLC of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock that raised £40million.

The team acted for Winterflood Securities (as sole bookrunner and sponsor) on the Placing and Offer for Subscription by SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Limited that raised £150 million on its main market IPO.

Last but not least the team acted for Dexion Capital and Singer N+1 as joint sponsors, financial advisers and placing agents on the Placing by Blackstone/GSO Loan Financing Limited on its admission to the Specialist Funds Market of the London Stock Exchange that raised €260.5 million.
