Zhonglun has advised Sino Water Limited Partnership on its HK$327 million investment in Hong Kong-listed Gemdale Properties and Investment Corporation Limited by way of share subscription. The Zhonglun deal team was led by Hong Kong corporate partner Victor Pang, assisted by associates Sandy Shum, Guo Cheng and Huang Cheng.

Sino Water Limited Partnership is an institutional investor and its principal business is investment in energy, equipment manufacturing and finance industries enterprises. Gemdale Properties and Investment Corporation Limited is principally engaged in property investment, development and management of residential, commercial and business park projects. Standard Chartered Bank acted as the sole financial advisor on the transaction.
