Zhou Hei Ya International Holdings Completes HK$2,495.9 Million (US$321.8 Million) Hong Kong IPO and Rule 144A/Regulation S Offering

The Hong Kong office of the Firm represented Zhou Hei Ya International Holdings Company Limited (“Zhou Hei Ya”) in connection with its initial public offering in Hong Kong and Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of an aggregate of 424,470,000 shares (prior to any exercise of the overallotment option), which raised approximately HK$2,495.9 million (US$321.8 million) in gross proceeds. The ordinary shares of Zhou Hei Ya are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Morgan Stanley Asia Limited and Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited acted as joint global coordinators and joint sponsors. Morgan Stanley Asia Limited, Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited and China Merchants Securities (HK) Co. Limited acted as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.

Zhou Hei Ya is a leading brand and retailer of casual braised food in China, and is specialized in the production, marketing and retailing of casual braised food, in particular, braised ducks and duck parts.
