PARTNER MOVES - Craig Lang joins DLA Piper's Corporate practice in Silicon Valley

DLA Piper has today that Craig Lang has joined the firm's Corporate practice as a partner in Silicon Valley.

Lang has an established track record leading venture capital investments and sell-side M&A matters for technology companies in Silicon Valley and in markets around the country. He joins DLA Piper from venture capital firm Oak Investment Partners, where he served as vice president of legal affairs and closed hundreds of venture financing transactions - ranging from seed and early-stage to late-stage/control position investments.

Lang earned his J.D. from Georgetown University School of Law and his B.A. from Washington & Lee University. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
