PARTNER MOVES - Dentons welcomes Manon Harvey as a partner in our Montréal office

Montréal—Dentons is pleased to announce that Manon Harvey has joined the Firm as a tax partner in our Montréal office. Her practice focuses on Canadian and US sales and use tax.

For the last fifteen years, Manon has represented Canadian and American companies in various sectors, such as construction, retail, entertainment and technology. Manon and her team are eager to provide Canadian tax insights to clients and colleagues worldwide in regards to GST, HST, QST and PST.

“Manon’s widespread knowledge and experience within the tax industry will undoubtedly serve our clients well,” said Claude Morency, Manager Partner of Dentons’ Montréal office. “We are delighted to have her join the Dentons team, strengthening our tax practice, locally and nationally.”

Manon also advises public entities, including municipalities, governments and non-profit organizations on the processing of sales tax as it applies to their respective business activities. She has also lectured on commodity tax, and in the Masters tax program and the short graduate program in sales tax at the Université de Sherbrooke.

Manon obtained her Bachelor of Laws from Laval University in 1998 and earned her MFisc from the Université de Montréal in 2003. She was called to the Québec bar in 1999.
