The international law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP has announced that Timothy Broas has joined the firm’s Washington office. Mr. Broas will be a member of the firm’s Investigations, Financial Regulations & White Collar practice group.
Mr. Broas served as the U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands from 2014 to 2016. He brings to the firm more than 30 years of experience as a white collar criminal defense attorney, representing individuals and corporate clients. He has advised non-U.S. companies, individuals and sovereign governments with respect to legal and political issues affecting business and investments in the United States. Mr. Broas has regularly conducted internal investigations on behalf of audit committees and boards and has counseled clients on navigating their most significant legal challenges.
