Mario Schiavon, 56, a renowned real estate expert, has recently joined the CEE Real Estate Team of the international law firm Taylor Wessing as a partner. Mario has more than 20 years of experience in all areas of real estate law and extensive knowledge of the Austrian real estate sector, in which he also has an excellent network.

Mario focuses on the management of real estate projects - from the planning phase through the drafting of transaction documents to the structuring of real estate projects, real estate acquisitions and their handling in Austria and abroad. Mario Schiavon regularly assists clients in the due diligence and safe handling of real estate and construction projects, condominium ownership and parifications. The Vienna-born lawyer has acquired extensive know-how in several renowned law firms, most recently as a partner and managing partner at PHH Rechtsanwälte.

International focus as a new challenge
