Schulte advised global investment firm Marlin Equity Partners and its portfolio company Tangoe, in the acquisition of MOBI Wireless Management, LLC, a leading provider of cloud-based managed mobility services software solutions (“MMS”). MOBI will be merged with Tangoe, expanding Tangoe’s ability to provide powerful MMS solutions and allowing MOBI clients access to global technology expense management (“TEM”) capabilities. This transaction will create the largest and most advanced TEM and MMS platform accessible to enterprises today.
