International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP has announced that Dr. Hendrik Röhricht has joined the Firm as a Corporate partner, focusing on private equity and M&A transactions. He is based in Frankfurt and Munich.

Dr. Röhricht joined Weil from White & Case’s Frankfurt office. His practice focuses on M&A and private equity, and the representation of financial sponsors, management teams and corporates. He has broad experience in domestic and cross-border transactions, including carve-outs, public takeovers and joint ventures.
