Calgary—Dentons is pleased to announce that Brian Kearl has joined the Firm as a partner in our Tax group.

Based in Calgary, Brian’s practice will primarily focus on all areas of tax law, with a particular emphasis on public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity fund formations and transactions, business reorganizations, cross-border financings and Indigenous business development.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2004.
