Based in Toronto, Henry, Jonathan and Denys bring significant Canadian and US business immigration law experience and will primarily focus on cross-border business immigration matters involving executives and high-net worth individuals. Henry also has a related practice in the field of cannabis law, and will also support our existing nationally-ranked Cannabis practice.

Henry is a leading practitioner in the business immigration sector, and is ranked in The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, Who’s Who Legal, Best Lawyers, and holds an AV Preeminent rating with Martindale-Hubbell. He was recently recognized as a leader in the inaugural edition of Who’s Who Legal: Thought Leaders – Corporate Immigration 2019. He is called to the Bars in Ontario and California and is certified as a specialist in immigration law by the Law Society of Ontario.
Jonathan’s practice primarily focuses on business immigration law in both Canada and the US. He handles complex immigration matters for corporate clients and has extensive experience in a variety of immigration applications and petitions in Canada and the US. Jonathan is called to the Bars in Ontario and New York.
