Dentons has announced the hire of Roberto Fabio Lipari as a new partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. He will be based in Rome.

Mr. Lipari has significant experience assisting Italian and foreign companies and sovereign entities in complex judicial and arbitration proceedings, both on a domestic and international level, in civil, commercial, corporate, banking and financial matters. He is also adept in coordinating multidisciplinary defense strategies in corporate criminal law cases, supporting clients in internal investigations, and managing crises related to criminal proceedings in Italy and abroad.

Lipari joins Dentons from Cleary Gottlieb.
