DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Michaël Heene will be joining the firm as a partner in its Corporate practice, based in Brussels.

Michaël Heene will be joining the firm in May from Linklaters, where he has been working for the last 13 years. Michael has significant experience in managing complex M&A and private equity transactions and advising on all matters relating to corporate law. He also has particular expertise in the financial services sector, including FinTech. His clients include large Belgian-based multinationals, financial institutions and private equity funds.
