Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading international law firm, has announced that Drew G.L. Chapman has joined the firm’s Corporate Practice as a Partner. Mr. Chapman will be based in New York.
Drew brings more than 20 years of experience advising hedge funds, credit funds, private equity funds and other alternative investment firms in connection with complex transactions, M&A, special situations, governance, and SEC regulatory and enforcement issues. Drew also represents companies in mergers and acquisition and other business transactions.
