PARTNER MOVES - Dentons strengthens Employment offering in Sydney

Dentons has strengthened its Employment offering with partner Ruth Nocka bringing her expertise to the Sydney office.

Ruth is a market-leading workplace relations lawyer who advises on all areas of employment law including termination of employment, managing injured employees, advising on contracts and statutory interpretation.

Ruth is highly regarded for her knowledge in discrimination law and employment contracts which extends to employment litigation. She has advised some of Australia's leading companies including Commonwealth Bank of Australia, the Australian Building and Construction Commission, Western Union, NBN Co Limited, Downer, the Archdiocese of Sydney and Boeing.

Ruth has also conducted investigations in the construction, financial services, mining, retail and wholesale goods industries in allegations of bullying, fraud, sexual harassment and employee misconduct.

Dentons Australia Region Chair and Chief Executive, Doug Stipanicev, said that Ruth's appointment is another important milestone in growing Dentons' offering in Australia.
