PARTNER MOVES - DLA Piper hires public law partner in France

DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Jérôme Pentecoste will be joining the firm as a partner in the Litigation & Regulatory practice in Paris.

Jérôme has over 27 years' experience and joins the firm from Gowling WLG. He specialises in public-private partnerships (PPP), public business law, financing and administrative litigation, and he has assisted public bodies in a number of major PPP contracts and regularly intervenes on issues of execution or early termination of public contracts for public clients, including litigation.
