DLA Piper has strengthened its project development and finance offering with the appointment of Vincent Seah as a partner in its Finance and Projects (F&P) practice, based in Singapore.
Vincent joins the firm from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he has been working since 2016. He specialises in project finance with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure projects in Asia, particularly in Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos and Mongolia. He also has significant experience in relation to export credit agency and multilateral agency lending and handles general banking and finance matters.
