Dentons is pleased to announce that Colin Luke has joined the Firm as Partner in our Corporate, Securities, and Mergers and Acquisition group.

Based in Calgary, Colin’s practice covers a broad range of commercial transactions, including the structuring and implementation of share and asset acquisitions, mergers, financings and corporate reorganizations involving strategic acquirers, investors, vendors and private equity funds.

Colin earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2003.
