ArnoldMike McGill & Porter announced that Michael McGill has joined the firm as a partner in the Government Contracts practice. He will be resident in the firm's Washington, DC office.
Mr. McGill represents clients across all industry sectors and in nearly all aspects of government procurement law. He handles complex litigation and transactional matters. He advocates for clients in bid protests, contract claims against the government, prime-subcontractor disputes, and other commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Mr. McGill defends government contractors facing allegations of fraud and misconduct, helping them navigate Defense Contract Audit Agency audits, Justice Department and agency Offices of Inspector General investigations, and suspension and debarment actions. He also supports government contracts-related mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. McGill earned his JD from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He received his BA from The Schreyer Honors College at Pennsylvania State University, cum laude.
