PARTNER MOVES - TLT continues to build UK corporate offering with HRC Law team hire

UK law firm TLT has continued to rapidly grow its corporate offering with the hire of HRC Law’s five-strong corporate team in Manchester, including partners Richard Life and Mark Traynor, associates Sherrelle Scott and William Ngan and solicitor Jennifer Kelly.

The team brings a wealth of experience advising across sectors including childcare/nursery, digital, automotive and retail & consumer goods and on corporate matters ranging from acquisitions and disposals to company governance and secretarial services.  

The HRC Law hire is part of the firm's ongoing UK-wide corporate growth ambitions. In the last eighteen months, the firm has added weight in Belfast, Glasgow and London with the hire of partners Andrew Jennings, Damien Bechelli and Patrick Somers, and legal director Kirsty Smith.
