On September 2nd, Emmanuel Paillard joined Fieldfisher Paris accompanied by two co-collectors and a student lawyer. He creates and develops public law practice.
For more than 16 years, Emmanuel has been advising French (public and private) and foreign clients in all areas of public law and construction law, particularly in the context of major projects.
He thus intervened on operations relating to the design, financing, construction / reconfiguration and operation of the Stade Vélodrome in Marseille, the new Ministry of Defense, the new Palais de Justice in Paris, the Condorcet Campus, the broadband network of the Alsace region, etc. He currently advises the Société du Grand Paris as part of the Grand Paris Express project and the owner of a project for a liquid natural gas power plant in the French overseas departments.
He counts among his clients large foreign groups that he accompanies in the development of their activities on the French territory, in particular in the domains of the public order, the construction, the environment, the urbanism, the energy and insurance.

About Emmanuel Paillard
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, Emmanuel Paillard was a partner at Watson Farley Williams (2012-2015) and Gowling WLG, where he co-chaired the Project / Public Law department.
He began his career at Orrick Rambaud Martel where he was appointed Counsel in 2008. He holds a postgraduate degree in public law and international law and holds a doctorate in law from Paris II University.

Holder of a Master 2 degree in public business law and a Master 2 in law and governance of public financial systems, Stéphanie Legrand was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019. She worked for one year in the Public Law Department. Project of Casablanca office of Dentons.
