Based in Toronto, Matthew and Meredith’s respective law practices will focus primarily on intellectual property litigation.

Matt is an experienced intellectual property, entertainment and commercial litigator, as well as one of Canada’s leading authorities on IP litigation. Matt also regularly advises clients on international disputes regarding jurisdiction, and the enforcement of foreign judgments and foreign letters of request. Matt also teaches Trial Advocacy at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law, and is a devoted and active supporter in our legal community through various pro bono efforts.
Meredith’s practice focuses on media, entertainment and technology litigation. She is also a registered trademark agent and has experience in trademark prosecution. Meredith was lead counsel on one of the highest moral rights awards in Canadian copyright jurisprudence.
