International law firm CMS is pleased to announce the appointment of competition litigation specialist Kenny Henderson who joins the firm as a partner in the Litigation & Arbitration practice. He joins CMS from Stewarts, where he co-led the firm’s competition litigation practice.
Kenny is an experienced corporate litigator, with specialist expertise in competition litigation, having worked on both the claimant and defendant side in several of the most significant claims filed in the UK and Europe in recent years. Prior to Stewarts, Kenny spent eight years with Covington and Burling where he advised blue chip clients on a range of contentious and quasi-contentious matters, with a particular focus on regulated sectors including pharmaceutical and technology. He is ranked in Chambers and is recognised in the Legal 500 and in Who’s Who Legal.
