Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Boris Dolgonos has joined the firm as a partner in its New York office. Dolgonos, formerly a partner at Jones Day, will continue his capital markets practice, advising issuers and underwriters on equity and debt offerings, as well as providing securities reporting counsel to U.S. and non-U.S. companies.
