PARTNER MOVES - Dentons’ Litigation and Dispute Resolution group expands with the addition of three lawyers in Vancouver

Dentons is pleased to welcome partners Morgan Camley and Sarah Nelligan, as well as, associate Roark Lewis, as the newest additions to the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution group.

Based in Vancouver, Morgan, Sarah and Roark’s practices will focus primarily on commercial litigation.

Called to the Yukon Bar in 2013, and the British Columbia Bar in 2006, Morgan has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, agri-business, regulatory and Aboriginal law, as well as criminal and municipal law. She has represented a diverse range of clients in British Columbia and the Yukon before all levels of court and arbitral tribunals.

Sarah has extensive experience in commercial litigation as well as insolvency, restructuring and banking and litigation. She has represented a diverse range of clients in British Columbia before all levels of court on matters pertaining to debt recovery, security realization, debtor protection and foreclosure. She earned her Bachelors of Laws from the University of New Brunswick, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2009.

Roark’s experience includes advising on litigation risk management and representing clients in complex corporate disputes, regulatory offences and administrative tribunal hearings. He assists a diverse range of clients, including Aboriginal organizations, agricultural businesses, not-for-profit and social enterprises, strata corporations, and other commercial entities. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Victoria, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2018.
