Based in Montréal, Marc brings extensive experience on a broad range of tax litigation matters, with particular emphasis on large, complex income and commodity tax matters. In addition to income and commodity tax counsel, Marc skillfully advises a range of clients on audits, compliance review and tax planning. He has appeared before the Tax Court of Canada, the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec and the Court of Appeal of Québec.

A member of the Québec Bar since 1995, Marc holds a Bachelor of Science from the Université de Montréal, a Bachelor of Civil Law from the Université du Québec à Montréal, and a Master of Taxation from HEC Montréal.
