DLA Piper is strengthening its Corporate offering in Asia with the appointment of David Kuo as partner in its Corporate practice, based in Singapore.
David joins the firm from Milbank, where he has been a partner since 2015. His practice focuses on M&A and private equity transactions, particularly in the real estate, technology and energy sectors. He has extensive experience in a broad range of transactions in Asia and the US, including advising on a wide range of cross-border M&A, business combinations and private equity transactions.

David’s appointment follows the recent hires of partners Philip Lee and Vincent Seah in Singapore, and Stephen Wong in Hong Kong.
