We're delighted to announce that Camilla de Silva is to join the firm as a partner in its dispute resolution practice in London. Camilla will join the global crime group on 4th May 2020.

Camilla joins the firm from the Serious Fraud Office where she is Co-Head of Fraud and Corruption, holding operational responsibility for high profile, complex multi-jurisdictional fraud and corruption investigations. Her work for the SFO has involved some of the largest global and British companies across a wide range of industries and sectors from pharma to finance, and most recently she has been instrumental in negotiating the landmark Airbus DPA.

Camilla is a member of the SFO’s Senior Management Team where she has carried out an active policy role. She was recognised for her work on the landmark Rolls Royce DPA by the General Council of the Bar of England and Wales who awarded her the Employed Barrister of the Year Award in 2017. Prior to joining the SFO, Camilla practiced at the criminal bar, where she specialised in defending and prosecuting serious crime.
