McDermott Will & Emery France strengthens its Corporate team with the arrival of David Revcolevschi as a partner.
David McDermott Revcolevschi joined as a partner to strengthen the corporate team of the Paris office, especially in the sector of market és laundering and securities law.
He is mainly involved in market operationsies of capital and mergers and acquisitions in France and abroad and more generally on everything related to the life and governance of listed companies. He has extensive experience in stock market law, in particular in the field of securities offers, as counsel to issuers, banks or shareholders. He has notably acted as advisor on more than 30 IPO projects as well as on many other operations of offering shares or securities giving access to capital carried out by companies operating in various sectors, in particularly in those of life sciences (biotech, medical devices) and technologies (software, semiconductors, IT services, telecoms), as well as in those of air transport, aeronautics, real estate, leisure, chemicals, infrastructure, or even funds and financial institutions. He also intervenes in sanctions litigation involving issuers or their managers and employees before the Autorité desmarket financial ed.
Before joining McDermott, David Revcolevschi worked for Paul Hastings (Partner from 2013 to 2019), Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (Partner from 2007 to 2013) and Skadden Arps (Collaborator then European Counsel).
He holds a Magistère in Economic Activities Law and a DEA in Public Law from the University of Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne (1996) as well as a DEA in History of International Relations from the University of Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne (1995). He was also a Fulbright Scholar at Harvard Law School (1997-1998) and received the First Prize of the General Competition of Public Law in 1992.
The Paris office of McDermott Will & Emery now has 24 partners, including 16 partners in the Corporate department, for a total of 80 lawyers.
