With a career spanning more than 18 years, Eleni brings extensive experience in all aspects of employment and labour law, privacy law, and litigation and dispute resolution. She represents various industries and areas of practice, including complex commercial cybersecurity, workplace crisis management and executive compensation.

Eleni regularly acts in both an advisory capacity and as litigation counsel on a wide range of matters relating to general contractual disputes, wrongful dismissal litigation, post-employment competition by former employees, human rights violations in the workplace, privacy and cybersecurity matters, workers compensation, and occupational health and safety matters, compliance with employment standards and executive compensation matters. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of Appeal for British Columbia and the Federal Court of Canada, and often represents clients before various administrative bodies and tribunals.
