Simmons & Simmons is pleased to announce that Dan Ornstein will be joining its leading employment practice, as a partner in the firm’s London office on 1 May 2020. Dan’s arrival heralds the latest expansion to a team that has already added three new partners in the past two years - Fiona Bolton joining from Eversheds and Olly Jones and Cath Bean being promoted internally.

Dan joins Simmons from Proskauer Rose, where he was London employment lead and co-lead of the firm’s international employment group. He has spent the last decade building Proskauer’s UK employment practice from infancy, developing a client-focus on the asset management and financial services sectors.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Dan worked for Freshfields and Herbert Smith Freehills.
