Brian Bolton has rejoined Locke Lord’s Dallas office as a Partner in the Firm’s renowned Real Estate and Real Estate Finance Practice Group. Bolton will primarily support the Firm’s real estate acquisition and finance practice.

Bolton, who was at the Firm earlier in his career, rejoins Locke Lord from Goldman Sachs where he served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel. He focuses his practice on real estate and lending matters. Bolton represents purchasers, owners and developers in connection with the acquisition, disposition and development of a variety of types of improved and unimproved real property. He also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with lending transactions secured by real and related personal property. Bolton is a member of The Real Estate Council in Dallas.
