PARTNER MOVES - Hill Dickinson grows national construction team with new partner hire

Leading commercial law firm Hill Dickinson has bolstered its national construction team with the lateral hire of partner David Rintoul.

Mr Rintoul joins the team from Clarkslegal, where he headed the firm’s construction and engineering projects group as well as being a former managing partner, and is based in Hill Dickinson’s London office at Broadgate Tower, Liverpool Street.

With over 30 years’ experience in construction law, Mr Rintoul acts across all industry sectors including public and private sector developers and owner/occupiers, main contractors, specialist sub-contractors and professional consultants. He brings with him specific expertise in:

•    Contract Drafting/Advice/Negotiation
•    Surety Documentation
•    Dispute Avoidance
•    Adjudication and all other forms of industry Dispute Resolution
