Mr. Fackler brings more than 20 years of experience in advising companies and financial sponsors on complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and capital-raising transactions in a range of industries and across stages of corporate development.

Mr. Fackler's practice focuses on advising founders, companies, boards of directors, and investors in strategic transactions and corporate governance matters, including in the context of contested and activist investor situations. He represents a broad range of clients, from individuals and investment firms to public and private companies, on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, cross-border takeovers, capital raising transactions, and general corporate and securities matters. He also advises clients on matters affecting corporate governance and strategy.

Mr. Fackler earned his JD, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and received his BS, magna cum laude, from Pomona College.
