On 15th September 2020, Haanee Khan joined CMS Daly Inamdar as a partner in the firm's Corporate / Commercial Department. Haanee joined the firm from IKM Advocates which is part of DLA Piper Africa.

Haanee, an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, has broad experience acting for corporates on Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity deals. He is also noted as a leading practitioner in the aviation industry. His appointment complements the firm’s already strong practice advising on corporate / commercial matters and positions the firm to capture new growth opportunities in aviation law practice.
