Eversheds Sutherland has enhanced its real estate offering with the hire of Partner, Rob Donell.
Rob joins the global law firm’s real estate team from Clifford Chance.
With a growing reputation in the real estate market, Rob brings a wealth of experience in data centre and digital infrastructure, supplementing his broad experience in traditional real estate and infrastructure, including renewable energy.
Rob advises clients on cross-border and domestic transactions, spanning direct and indirect investments, joint ventures, financings, developments, lettings, and sale and leasebacks. Additionally, he brings extensive experience in specialist commercial contracting in the data centre and telecommunications industries, including digital infrastructure carve-outs.
He has advised a broad range of clients, including debt and equity investors, lenders, developers, operators and occupiers.
