Vinge advised Platzer in conjunction with the sale of building rights in Södra Änggården

Vinge has advised Platzer in conjunction with its sale of building rights in Södra Änggården to the property developers Bonava, Peab Bostad, Månsson Fastigheter and Hökerum Bygg to a value of SEK 1.7 billion.

The properties were sold through corporate assignments with an estimated completion date of 1 January 2019. The parties will co operate in conjunction with the conversion of Högsbo industrial estate to the mixed development area Södra Änggården.

Sidley advised Gilde Buy Out Partners’ portfolio company Losberger Group, providers of highly integrated temporary and semi-permanent space solutions, on the add-on acquisition of De Boer Group, a business that specializes in organizing accommodation for large events and temporary office spaces. The transaction closed on June 29, 2017.

Eversheds Sutherland (International) secures win for Agents’ Mutual in high profile competition law case

The Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) has published its judgment (5, July 2017) on the dispute between online property portal provider Agents’ Mutual and the estate agent Gascoigne Halman. It unanimously concluded that the competition issues in the case should be determined in favour of Agents’ Mutual.

DLA Piper advises Dazzle Capital Holdings on the sale of commercial properties to Summit Germany Ltd.

DLA Piper advised Dazzle Capital Holdings on the sale of a commercial property portfolio in Wolfsburg to Summit Germany Ltd.

The portfolio comprises five clusters to the south and west of the city centre and, based on the individual property values, is worth some EUR 101 million and has a gross initial yield of 7.76%. The properties have 80,000 square metres of rentable floor space and are fully let, with Volkswagen AG being among the tenants. Apart from DLA Piper, Blackbird Real Estate GmbH also provided advisory services for Dazzle.

DLA Piper represented Oxford Properties Group in a joint venture with Norges Bank Real Estate Management in the recent acquisition of two Washington, DC, office towers. The first asset, 900 16th Street NW, is a LEED Gold certified building and boasts views of the White House and Washington Monument. The second asset, 1101 New York Avenue, NW, is also LEED Gold certified with 180-degree, uninterrupted panoramic views of the Washington skyline from every floor.

Roschier represents YIT Corporation in its proposed combination with Lemminkäinen. The combination will be effected through an absorption merger whereby Lemminkäinen is merged into YIT. YIT's shareholders will own approximately 60% and Lemminkäinen's approximately 40% of the combined company. The preliminary combined annual revenue of the combined company is approximately EUR 3.4 billion and operating profit approximately EUR 85 million and it will employ around 10,000 employees located in 11 different countries. Mayer Brown advises Ho Bee Land on purchase of 67 Lombard Street, London

London — Mayer Brown has advised Ho Bee Land Limited, the Singapore-based listed real estate development and investment company, on the purchase of the freehold interest in 67 Lombard Street, London for circa £129 million.

Ho Bee Land acquired the 93,640 sq ft property through its wholly owned subsidiary, Stream Field Investments Limited, by purchasing Emmatown Properties Ltd from Green Property Holdings.

The nine-storey office building was refurbished in 2014 and is multi-let to six tenants, including Arthur J. Gallagher, a Fortune 500 company.

Mayer Brown advises Sinarmas Land Limited on purchase of 33 Horseferry Road, London

London — Mayer Brown has advised Sinarmas Land Limited, one of South East Asia’s largest property development companies, on the purchase 33 Horseferry Road, London for over £188 million.

The 180,600 sq ft property includes 163,761 sq ft of office space, which is fully let and occupied by the Department for Transport until December 2033, and ten ground floor retail units.
