ROME (6 October, 2016) – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented B Futura, a vehicle for infrastructure development belonging to the national football league, in connection with the establishment of an institutional platform aimed at promoting and developing a portfolio of new football arenas in Italy and supporting local authorities and clubs in raising financial resources.

DLA Piper Weiss-Tessbach has advised Erste Group Immorent on the sale of the 5-star Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Dubrovnik Sun Gardens, a luxury hotel on the Croatian coast  to a Chinese investor.

The transaction was set up as a share deal and is regarded as one of the largest hotel transactions in the CEE region  this year.

We advised RBS Nordisk Renting in its acquisition of the 74,000 sqm Pennala 2 logistics centre property from Posti Kiinteistöt Ltd, a subsidiary of Posti Group. The property is located in Orimattila, Finland, and it was completed in 2012-2013. Posti Group will continue its business operations in the property under a long-term lease.

Gernandt & Danielsson has acted as legal advisors to Heimstaden in its issuance of subsequent bonds at a total amount of 250,000,000 SEK. The bonds are issued within a total framework amount of 1,250,000,000 SEK and after the issue the outstanding amount under the bonds amounts to the total framework amount. Heimstaden has undertaken to list the subsequent bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

Eversheds has advised property developer PH Homes on its land acquisition at Alderley Park from Bruntwood and Manchester Science Partnership (MSP).

The scheme represents the first residential phase of the £160m masterplan at Alderley Park which will eventually see up to 275 homes and new sports and leisure facilities developed at the 400-acre Cheshire site. These projects sit alongside the on-going creation of a 38,000 sq m of state-of-the-art science space which received planning permission from Cheshire East Council earlier this year.
