BEITEN BURKHARDT Advises awamo GmbH on Second Seed Financing Round With a Volume of EUR 1.5 Million

Frankfurt am Main, 13 June 2017 – The international law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT has also advised the Frankfurt-based FinTech awamo GmbH on its second seed financing round. After a first financing round in 2015 the company's financing volume could now be increased to EUR 2 million.

(Italy and Spain) and Television and Francaise 1 S.A., on establishing the European Broadcaster Exchange (EBX), a European media cooperation. The new joint venture, EBX, is set up by a third-party joint venture and has its head office in London.

Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Catena Media’s issue of additional bonds in an amount of EUR 50 million within a framework amount of EUR 100 million.

Catena Media p.l.c has completed an issue of additional bonds in an amount of EUR 50 million. After the tap issue, the total outstanding amount of Catena Media’s bond loan will amount to EUR 100 million which equals the total framework amount of the bond loan. The bond loan is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and Catena Media will apply for listing of the new bonds on the Corporate Bond List at Nasdaq Stockholm.

CMS advises Sunrise on the sale of Swiss Towers AG

8 June 2017 - Sunrise Communications Group AG (Sunrise) sold Swiss Towers AG for 500 million Swiss francs. The company owns 2,239 telecom towers in Switzerland. The buyer is a consortium consisting of the main Spanish independent operator of wireless communications infrastructure Cellnex Telecom S.A., Swiss Life Asset Management AG and Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners.

Latham & Watkins has advised Euronews in connection with the closing of a transaction in which NBC News is making a significant financial investment in Euronews. NBC News is acquiring 25% of the company, with the funding going to support expanded news coverage and programming across Europe.

Euronews is a widely recognized brand in Europe with nearly 500 journalists, reaching 434 million homes across 158 countries, in 12 languages, on television and on digital platforms.

EQT offers SEK 250 in cash per share in DGC. The total offer value for DGC amounts to approximately SEK 2.3 billion.
