Sellers are the founders of Quandoo and other investors. Quandoo operates a web-based platform for restaurants. Customers are offered tools for managing reservations and seatings as well as up-to-date payment systems. The company is based in Berlin and has operations in 13 countries.
Roschier represents Elektrobit Oyj in the planned demerger and listing of Elektrobit’s Wireless Business Segment. In the demerger, the assets and liabilities related to Elektrobit's Wireless Business Segment will be transferred to Bittium Corporation, an entity to be newly established in the partial demerger. Bittium will be listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki. The planned demerger was announced on 19 February. The planned effective date for the demerger is 30 June 2015.
Olswang has acted for software as a service (SaaS) warehouse management system provider Peoplevox on a $6 million funding round led by Index Ventures, an investor in retail and technology companies including ASOS, Farfetch, Etsy, Dropbox and Skype.
The funding round, which also includes financial backing from well-known angel investors Ben White and Jon Kamaluddin, will help Peoplevox to further its product offering, which focuses on assisting e-commerce companies to modernise their warehouse operations and will also be used to expand in London and internationally.

Vinge has advised Hexatronic Group AB (publ) listed on NASDAQ Stockholm First North in conjunction with the acquisition of all shares in Tele & Data Fiberteknik I Örebro AB. TD Fiberoptik manufactures and sells products and solutions for passive fiber networks primarily for the telecommunications market. TD Fiberoptik has approximately 50 employees in Sweden and Norway and an annual turnover of approximately SEK 125 million with an EBITDA margin of approximately 12 per cent.
Vinge has advised Hexatronic Group AB (publ) listed on NASDAQ Stockholm First North in conjunction with a rights issue of approximately SEK 41 million with an oversubscription option of approximately SEK 10 million, which may be exercised if the rights issue is oversubscribed. One subscription right is provided for each share in Hexatronic and six subscription rights entitle the holder to subscribe for one new share. The subscription price amounts to SEK 9 per share. It is estimated that the rights issue prospectus will be published on or about 14 April 2015.
