Eversheds Sutherland counsel to Otava in a real estate transaction

Eversheds Sutherland advised Otava as Otava agreed to sell two office properties in Pasila, Helsinki, with a total area of 17,500 sqm to YIT Corporation. As part of the agreement, Otava simultaneously leased 6,000 sqm from the middle block of YIT’s Tripla, which will be completed in stages during 2019-2021. The transaction is expected to be finalized in 2018 and 2020.

Allen & Overy advises SAP SE on EUR 2.5 billion revolving credit facility

Allen & Overy LLP has advised SAP SE on a EUR 2.5 billion syndicated revolving credit facility.  SAP will use this credit facility to replace an existing EUR 2.0 billion credit facility granted in November 2013. The existing facility was refinanced early in view of the currently favourable market environment.

The new credit facility, which has a term of five years with extension options for up to two years in total, was entered into on further improved terms.

Travers Smith LLP has advised the executive management team of Dealogic in relation to the sale of a controlling stake in Dealogic by Carlyle Group and Euromoney to Ion Investment Group. The financial terms of the agreement are undisclosed, however Carlyle and management will retain a significant ownership in Dealogic.

Osborne Clarke has advised emmasbox GmbH, on the closing of its seven-digit financing round. The investment comes from Migros Aare and several existing investors.

emmasbox specialises in click & collect solutions for retail and logistics. They distribute refrigerated parcel lockers for food that maintain the refrigeration chain of fresh food. The company also offers software solutions that enable customers to link online trade with the fixed presence of parcel lockers.

Dentons has advised media management agency, Troika, on its merger with media management and professional services agency the James Grant Group (JGG or the Group).

Troika, founded in 2005 by partners Michael Duff, Melanie Rockcliffe and Conor McCaughan, represents over 300 clients ranging from UK television personalities Graham Norton, Matt Lucas and David Walliams, to global actors Michael Fassbender and Lena Headey.

Clifford Chance has advised RFR Group on the sale of the "Primus" real estate portfolio to the Austrian Signa Group. The portfolio comprises five high-end retail and office properties and is valued at around EUR 1.5 billion. This makes it the largest real estate transaction in Germany in 2017 to date.

Taylor Wessing has advised Boku Inc., the world’s leading independent direct carrier billing company, on its institutional placing and initial public offering on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange raising £45 million, based on a market value for the company of £125.9m, to invest in future growth opportunities, as well as to raise proceeds for certain selling shareholders. The placing, which was significantly oversubscribed, saw strong demand from a wide range of institutional investors.
