Waterlogic Canada Inc. acquired all of the commercial assets of Pure Life H2O Inc. of Mississauga, Ontario.

Waterlogic Canada is a subsidiary of Waterlogic Plc (AIM: WTL.L), a leading global designer, manufacturer, distributor and operator of point-of-use ("POU") drinking water purification and dispensing systems headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

The Frankfurt Real Estate Industry team has advised Godewind Immobilien AG on the acquisition of an office property in Aschheim-Dornach near Munich, Germany for a net price of €30 million.

The property in the ExpoGate business park comprises a rental space of 17,612 square meters and 263 parking spaces. The transaction is expected to close by the end of February 2019.

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Yandex, one of Europe's largest internet companies and the leading search provider in Russia, on its proposed acquisition of rights to an approximately four hectare plot of land situated at Kosygina Street in Moscow for the construction of its new headquarters.

The total acquisition cost of the land will be approximately US$145 million.

Gide's Real Estate practice group has advised Orpea Polska on its latest project: the acquisition of the company operating the elderly care home Dabrowka Residence in Warsaw.

Hogan Lovells Warsaw Office advised the ISOC Group in the transaction consisting of the acquisition of C and D buildings of "Silesia Business Park" from Skanska. The transaction involved two new class A office buildings with leasable area of over 24,000 sq.m. Silesia Business Park is located in the most dynamic business district in Katowice. ISOC and Skanska signed the final sale agreement on December 21, 2018.

Stuttgart – The Bayerische Versorgungskammer pension scheme has acquired the residential portion of the "Stuttgart City Prague - Living in the Theatre District" project  prior to the start of construction work. The vendor is Instone Real Estate Group AG, a residential property developer.

A CMS team headed by lead Partner Dr Volker Zerr advised Bayerische Versorgungskammer on all aspects of legal due diligence and on the the complex negotiations around the purchase agreement. The transaction is structured as a forward asset deal.

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised BBGI SICAV S.A. (BBGI) on their acquisition of equity interests in three public-private partnership projects in the Netherlands. BBGI is a UK-listed infrastructure investment company.

DLA Piper has advised Greencoat UK Wind (UKW) on the acquisition of a 45MW subsidy-free wind farm in Scotland from Blue Energy.

The acquisition – which is set to be equity funded from UKW's excess cashflow – is expected to close in Q1 2019, pending the signing of construction and O&M contracts. Construction works are set to begin in 2019 with commissioning scheduled for July 2021.

Blue Energy and Natural Power will be responsible for construction management and engineering services at the site.
