Charles Russell Speechlys advises Lum Chang on the sale of prime mixed use block in Kensington to Grosvenor Fund Management

Charles Russell Speechlys recently advised the property investment arm of Lum Chang Holdings on its sale of corporate vehicle owning the freehold of 42-60 (even) Kensington High Street to Urban Retail V, a fund operated by Grosvenor Fund Management.

This property consists of four prime retail units, which are positioned in one of the key retail locations in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

Holcim Ltd and Lafarge SA to sell assets valued EUR 6.5 bn to CRH

Holcim Ltd (SIX: HOLN) and Lafarge SA (Euronext: LG) have announced the sale of several assets to CRH for an enterprise value of EUR 6.5 billion [CHF 6.8 billion] as part of their proposed merger. The assets include operations mainly in Europe, Canada, Brazil and the Philippines, and, taken together, the assets generated estimated 2014 sales of EUR 5.2 billion, with an estimated 2014 operating EBITDA of EUR 744 million. The divestment process will be submitted to the relevant Competition authorities and to the shareholders of CRH.

CHSH advises CA Immo on the sale of the Buda Business Center to a Hungarian real estate fund

CHSH has advised CA Immo on the sale of the office complex "Buda Business Center" in Budapest, Hungary, to an open-ended fund managed by Diófa Fund Management under the terms of an asset deal.

The Buda Business Center, which occupies a good central location in the second district of Budapest, has approximately 6,400 m2 of office space.

Olswang advises leading online gaming business Gamesys on assets sale and partnership with The Intertain Group

Olswang has advised, Gamesys, the leading online bingo business, on the sale of its Jackpotjoy (UK, Eire and Sweden), Starspins and Botemania business (the "Jackpotjoy Business") to The Intertain Group Limited, a Canadian online gaming company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange for an initial purchase price of £425.8 million in cash and shares, plus an earn out.

Burges Salmon has advised Infinis Energy plc on the sale of its hydro portfolio to Dwr Cymru Welsh Water and H20 Power Limited for £20.5 million which completed on 3 February.

The Carlyle Group sells the Sankt Petri Passage consisting of 45,000 square metres

The Carlyle Group has sold the Sankt Petri Passage to Industriens Pension.

The Sankt Petri Passage, situated in the centre of Copenhagen, previously hosted the headquarters of the Danish telecom provider TDC. The extensive building complex of 45,000 square metres includes 14 office buildings and about 100 parking spaces.
