DLA Piper has advised PSC Insurance Group on its AU$43 million initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the ASX today.

Gide acted as advisor to IDG Capital Partners on the capital increase of Parrot, a company listed on Euronext Paris. Parrot designs and develops hi-tech wireless products, in particular drones for use by both consumers and professionals.

The approximately €300 million capital increase with shareholders’ preferential subscription right will primarily enable Parrot to accelerate its development and consolidate its leadership position in the consumer and commercial drone markets.

CMS has advised on the IPO of Enter Air – the largest charter airline in Poland and one of the largest in the region. CMS was an adviser to IPOPEMA Securities, the offering agent and the bookrunner, and Bank Zachodni WBK, the manager of the offering. This is the third debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange this quarter in which CMS was involved, joined in September by three new lawyers specialising in capital markets.

Freshfields advised a consortium of companies, in their capacity as underwriters and sponsors, on both the Hong Kong and US aspects of the US$1.8bn listing.
