Linklaters advises elexis on delisting

Linklaters has advised elexis AG on a delisting – the planned removal of listed securities from the stock exchange. Up to now, elexis has been listed on the Regulated Market (General Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, which has revoked the admission of the elexis AG shares in accordance with the company’s application. The revocation takes effect with the expiry of 3 October 2014.

Shearman & Sterling represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, as the representatives of the initial purchasers, in connection with the Rule 144A/Regulation S initial public offering of FIBRA Prologis, a Mexican real estate investment trust, known for its Spanish acronym as a FIBRA. Prologis Property Mexico, S.A. de C.V., a Mexican corporation and an affiliate of Prologis, Inc., will manage the FIBRA.

Morgan Securities LLC and Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. in connection with an offering by Trina Solar Limited of 8,800,000 American depositary shares (the “ADSs”), representing 440,000,000 of its ordinary shares, for approximately US$96.8 million.
 

Game Digital Lists on the London Stock Exchange

As reported in The Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal, GAME Digital plc, a leading omni-channel specialist retailer of video games in the United Kingdom and Spain, completed its listing on the London Stock Exchange and closed its initial public offering. Canaccord Genuity acted as sole sponsor, financial adviser and joint bookrunner. HSBC and Liberum also acted as joint bookrunners. The Paul, Weiss London office was co-counsel to the issuer along with Macfarlanes LLP.

Nabarro advises PXP Vietnam Fund on up to $134.56m fundraising

Nabarro is advising main market listed PXP Vietnam Fund Ltd on a placing and open offer issue to raise up to $134.56 million (before expenses).  The placing and open offer is being structured as a C Share issue to avoid economic dilution to the net asset value of the existing ordinary shares in the company.  PXP Vietnam Fund invests primarily in listed securities of Vietnamese companies.
