White & Case Advises J.P. Morgan on Vivendi's €2 Billion Sale of Its Entire Stake in Ubisoft

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised J.P. Morgan, acting as Sole Global Coordinator, on the €2 billion sale by Vivendi of its entire stake in Ubisoft, representing approximately 30.5 million shares and 27.3 percent of Ubisoft's share capital.

The overall transaction, carried out at a single price of €66 per share, includes the following:

MinterEllison acts for POSCO on $240m IPO (relisting) of Jupiter Mines on the ASX

MinterEllison has advised multinational steelmaker, POSCO, on its interests related to the IPO of Jupiter Mines Limited (Jupiter), which aims to return to the ASX-boards.

POSCO is the second largest shareholder of Jupiter, with 17% equity. Jupiter delisted from the ASX in 2014.

An offer of a minimum of 500 million shares, and a maximum of 600 million shares, is being made through the prospectus.

CMS assisted Tessares in its fundraising

CMS Belgium assisted Tessares, spin-off of Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) founded in March 2015, in the preparation of its EUR 3 million fundraising in order to further develop its activities. Proximus, Vives II and the SRIW participated in this fundraising.

Tessares is an innovative startup active in the deployment of software solutions improving the performance and the quality of Internet access thanks to a new internet protocol (Multipath TCP). Tessares is headquartered in Belgium with development and sales teams in Belgium and the UK.

DLA Piper advises Yestock Car Rental on equity financing and strategic cooperation with Didi

DLA Piper has advised leading Chinese car services and rental company Yestock Car Rental Company Limited ("Yestock") on a share equity financing and strategic cooperation with Didi, a major Chinese car-hailing, ride-sharing, artificial intelligence and autonomous technology conglomerate backed by Tencent, Alibaba and Baidu.

The equity financing from Didi and other investors will provide Yestock capital support to continue its business expansions.
