Ashurst advises on Verizon's $2.4bn takeover of Fleetmatics Group

Ashurst is advising Wells Fargo Securities and PJT Partners, who are acting as joint financial advisers to Verizon, the US communications company, on its recommended cash offer for Fleetmatics Group plc, a leading global provider of mobile workforce management solutions. Under the terms of the agreement Verizon will pay $60 a share for the company, valuing the offer at approximately US$2.4 billion.

Mills & Reeve advise Eckoh on multi-million pound deal to acquire Klick2Contact

We have advised AIM quoted Eckoh plc on their acquisition of customer engagement specialists Klick2Contact.

Klick2Contact specialises in live web help and omni-channel customer engagement services and since being founded in 2011 has built up a client base across 15 countries, with customers that include BMW, Topshop, Next, Volkswagen and UKMail. Chief executive, Graham Pollard, will remain with the business.

Reed Smith advises Brunswick/Life Fitness on the acquisition of Indoor Cycling Group

SHMS provides a range of sterile linen and laundry management services to hospitals and other healthcare providers throughout the UK including NHS Trusts, private hospitals, ambulance Trusts and healthcare and community Trusts.

Eversheds advised StaffPoint Ltd. in the acquisition of Proffice Finland

Eversheds acted as a legal advisor for StaffPoint Ltd. in a transaction in which the Finnish business operations of Proffice Group, part of global Randstad Group, were transferred to StaffPoint.
The transaction involves transferring the business operations of Proffice Finland in Helsinki and Tampere as of 1 September 2016.

Spadina House AG acquires all shares in SkyVision Global Networks Ltd., a global IP telecommunication service provider which offers solutions over satellite and fibre optic systems. The acquisition supplements Spadina's portfolio in satellite communication providers. The transaction was highly complex and involved multiple global jurisdictions and telecommunication licensing regimes.
